Shipping policy

  • Shipping is via USPS. 
  • Orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days. If there is a delay such as for weather etc. you will be contacted by the email address associated with the order.
  • The shipping cost you are quoted on checkout is to your destination with the item packaged for shipping.
  • Shipping costs on large items are estimated to the best of our ability.
  • Once your order leaves my hands the handling by others is out of my control and I am not responsible for any damage. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot process or file a claim beyond 48 hours.
  • In the event of breakage during shipment, you must retain all of the original packagings for proof to the USPS and supply me with photos of both the package and the broken item. Any refunds made to the customer may take up to 30 days.
  • LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES - Any package that is confirmed as delivered by the Post Office will then become a matter between Post Office and the customer directly.
  • International customers are responsible for any and all customs charges, VAT, or taxes.
